| In this Lease deed, parties are called as LESSOR and LESSEE. Whereas the lessor has agreed to let and lessee has agreed to take on lease the property. The lessee shall pay rent to the lessor or his authorized agents per month on or before the 1st day of each succeeding month, calculated according to the English Calendar. And the Lessee will handover the leased property to the Lessor as it is after completion of the Lease Time. |
